Garren has over two decades of experience designing training for law enforcement, regulatory bodies, and private sector investigators. His focus includes cryptocurrency tracing, anti-money laundering, and cybercrime trends.
He holds advanced degrees in Cyber Security and Leadership and Management (Policing), along with adult education qualifications. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).
Garren develops cybersecurity curricula for the University of New South Wales and lectures in postgraduate courses. He is recognised as an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
Juan has served with INTERPOL, UNPOL, state and federal law enforcement, and the military, gaining broad expertise in law enforcement and transnational operations. He has also contributed to capacity building and peacekeeping initiatives worldwide.
Specializing in strategic vision, team building, collaboration, and navigating diversity, equity, and inclusion, Juan helps organizations achieve their goals and address modern workplace challenges.
He designs and leads training in leadership development, cybercrime investigation, cross-jurisdictional investigations, communication skills, problem-solving, and instructional design.
